Service Description

You want to feel good as your baby's arrival approaches, but perhaps you find yourself feeling anxious or afraid. In this appointment we do a lot of important work together. We identify fears, build understanding about fear and how it is experienced physically and mentally, learn coping techniques to move forward, and conclude with a hypnosis session to build a bridge to calm confidence. This session has moved mountains for others. We would love to help you, too. This appointment can be for individuals or the couple. A virtual link is automatically generated when you schedule. Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be paid for when booked. We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will be refunded 50%. No call, no show appointments will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to meeting with you!
